William Arbelaez has been preaching since his teens and has been in pastoral ministry since 1990. He served as associate pastor of Christ the Rock Church in Los Angeles, CA for
seven years and as senior pastor of Shekinah Ministry, CA for ten years. Presently, Pastor William serves as associate  Pastor of Sun Rising Korean Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, CA.

Pastor William is a native of Medellin, Colombia. He studied at Nations University, in New Orleans, Louisiana from which he earned a degree in Religious Studies. He also studied at World Mission University in California and graduated as a Biblical Counselor. An effective communicator of God’s Word, Pastor William is known for his practical and dynamic teaching style which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scripture to their everyday lives both English and Spanish. He serves as speaker for the radio and online broadcast Men of Value. He also dedicates time for missions to several nations in Latin America. He helps, coaches, equips and supports families in the City of Mexicali ( Mexico ). As a result of this work he has helped to build and establish seven churches right at the US- Mexico border. He is a member of the National Association of Christians Ministers. He and his wife, Mary have been married for more than thirty-five years. They are the proud parents of two adult children who work alongside them in ministry, Billy and Briam.
